TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms of Sale”) constitute a binding agreement between Carpet Fusion and you. They govern the terms and conditions under which you purchase our products (“Products”) through our website or other platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”). By placing an order or purchasing Products from Carpet Fusion, you expressly agree to these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale are supplemental to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms. This document constitutes an electronic record under applicable law and does not require any physical or digital signature.
1. OUR CONTRACT OF SALE
1.1. The listing and display of Products on our Platforms serve as an invitation to you to make an offer for purchase. Your placement of an order constitutes your offer to buy the Products from Carpet Fusion.
1.2. Upon receiving your order, we will send an email and/or SMS acknowledging receipt of your order, which includes the details of the order (“Order Confirmation”). This acknowledgment is not an acceptance of your offer.
1.3. Your offer will only be accepted, and the contract of sale concluded, when the Product is shipped or dispatched and we send you an email and/or SMS confirming shipment or dispatch (“Shipment Confirmation”). Carpet Fusion reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion for any reason prior to sending the Shipment Confirmation.
1.4. Order Cancellations:
- Requests for cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.Orders not processed by us will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
- Orders that have been processed or for which the 24-hour window has elapsed cannot be canceled.
- Carpet Fusion reserves the right to determine the status of an order and the final decision regarding cancellations.
1.5. All communication from Carpet Fusion regarding your order will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details updated on our Platforms.
1.6. All orders are subject to the availability of Products and adherence to these Terms of Sale.
2. RETURN AND REFUND

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
3.1. Product availability is displayed on the respective Product pages of our Platforms. However, availability is not guaranteed and may vary. If any Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, you will be informed via email and/or SMS.
4. PRODUCT PRICING
4.1. Prices displayed at the time of ordering are final and will be charged at the time of delivery. Prices of Products in your cart may differ from those displayed when first added.
5. TAXES
5.1. All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), are included in the product price. Shipping-related taxes may be charged where applicable.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. Carpet Fusion aims to deliver Products within 3-4 weeks of the order, depending on location and supplier timelines.
6.2. Delays due to courier partners, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We reserve the right to deliver Products in installments, with each installment treated as a separate contract.
6.3. A signature will be required at delivery. Responsibility for Products transfers to you (or a specified third party) upon signature at the delivery address.
6.4. Dispatch times are typically within 24-48 hours, but delivery times should be considered as estimates and may vary.
7. ELIGIBILITY
7.1. Orders can only be placed by individuals legally permitted to enter contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors (below 18 years) may place orders only with parental or guardian consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. Carpet Fusion’s liability is limited to the amount charged for the specific order in question.
9. AMENDMENTS
9.1. Carpet Fusion reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The terms applicable at the time of order placement will govern that transaction unless changes are required by law.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. Carpet Fusion is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions).
11. WAIVER
11.1. No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Sale will be valid unless in writing and signed by Carpet Fusion.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1. These Terms of Sale are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
13.1. By purchasing from Carpet Fusion, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms, such as those related to bank offers or brand promotions.
13.2. These Terms of Sale supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written, for transactions made on the Platforms.
